when can you upload image for signature?

I am new to this site and wondering when I am allowed to use a sparkly signature. How do enable that? Do I need a certain amount of posts? Thanks ladies!

We do not allow for uploading of sparkly images for signatures. It slows down the site and some of our members can only use dialup.

Sorry.

You can place links in your sig and once you reach 60 days of membership and 50 posts you can use up to eight smilies
