Thanks MM. Any other ideas? My doc wanted me to get one with mixed tocopherols if possible.

Wow- thanks for posting that!!! I have searched and searched for a soy-free E supp, and I didn't think one existed. AND, we just trialed sunflower seeds here and they seem to be ok, so this just might work for us. Thank you thank you!!

I found another one if anyone is interested:

You have to scroll down to the bottom of that page. The source if palm fruit oil. The customer service department said it does not say GF because there is a remote chance of cross-contamination, but if you're not super sensitive, it looks like a good one.
