This is driving me crazy!

I cut out peanuts, I cut out chocolate, I cut out milk, and now he appears to be getting a rash from tide soap. I wore a shirt I had washed BEFORE we got the free and clear kind of soap, and he broke all out again.

But don't you see now you have information! You have a clue. Yes it is more work, but you can fairly easily rewash those clothes.
now either you won't have any more problems, or it will be one more clue that something else needs to change.

You can do this because doing this is much more easy than seeing your LO suffer. You know that.

The time when we're still figuring things out, and nothing's terribly clear, is hard and it feels like a lot of work and we're just fumbling through. But it will start to get clearer, and you'll have new routines that are familiar. Really. Be easy on yourself til then, eh?
