Anyone know where I can find the rainbow balls toy in this photo? Or something similar?

I tried looking through Haba and Selecta's rattle selection, but no luck. I saw a similar toy recently and my friend said it probably came from Target or Babies 'R Us, but I couldn't find one there...

The rainbow balls are actually called a bead grasper. It's from Spiel & Holz.
