Femara

Any thoughts on Femara? I am very much informed on the fact that its use in fertility is off-label (it is originally a breast cancer drug) and of the lack of good research on it. I still see that it has a great sucess rate and seems to have less side effects than clomid (from my experience working at a fertility clinic). I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it.

I'm all for it, as it resulted in my current pregnancy. They make you take a pregnancy test before starting it every single cycle, because it is known to cause birth defects if taken while pregnant.

I had use Tamoxifen (same that femara for breast cancer) and it works very well, great folies and great effects why we don't get pregnant coz my body answer with the sperm preparation wasn't well.

I took it. the warnings on the bottle are funny...
I got a follie, same as clomid, and no pregnancies. I had to move on to other drugs.
