need spelt and or rye sandwich bread recipe

I hope someone has a recipe, but so many people are gluten-free that maybe no one's going to have a recipe. Good luck! (also, if no one knows: you could do a Thread Search for spelt or rye and probably only get a few answers instead of reading through the whole thread...

Sorry to hear that I have awesome luck w/ allrecipes. I always use recipes that are highly reviewed and then tweak it as I go if it seems to need it.

well, i'll try it. dh was in a city yesterday getting our car checked so he brought home 3 loaves of sliced bread, so i am not under any preasure if he and dd1 dont like it.
