bleeding/spotting after DTD....

is it normal? I'm pretty sure it is, but just wanted to check. I'm already dilated to a 5 and continuing to loose mucus plug daily, so it makes sense to me that there would be blood after sex...but again, just want some reassurance.
I thought it might be an indication that I was helping things along perhaps

(I posted this in the pregnancy forum but for some reason...questions don't get answered there often???)

I think it's totally normal at this stage.

Yup, I'd say totally normal. Things are sensitive up there right now so it totally makes sense.

Hoping it's soon for you, sweetie!

I can't even imagine having sex at 5cm. *wince*
I'm guessing it would be totally normal but I have no real clue.

Normal and great! Lovemaking is an awesome way to get things going - esp. if already at 5cm and losing mucus plug

Good labor vibes (at night!! hehe- saw your reply to my post)!

My book says fresh, bright red blood at this point in out pregnancy warrants a call to your provider. I don't know why, but I don't think it would hurt to call...

no...dammit lol. And I SUFFERED THROUGH SEX TWICE yesterday! : I did go see the OB this morning and still sitting at a "solid 5" and can "stretch a little further" (I have no clue what that meant) and almost all the way effaced. I continue to lose mucus plug and spot constantly and she said it's all completely normal. She said she felt like writing an article on me LOL.
She said once again that she will be shocked if I am pregnant next week....same ole same ole.
She did invite me to be her "example" in her 6 year old's kindergarden class this Thursday. I guess it's Bring your parent to school day and she's going to show the little one's how to hear a heart beat and measure a belly and then show ultrasound pics. I figured if I said yes, then that would seal the deal for me to go into labor before then...

Darn! I was so hoping for you!
So you said yes to being an "example" then?

I have a feeling Jeli will be pregnant forever.

If being an example doesn't work to get you going, I suggest buying very expensive airplane tickets. Something has got to give.

DEFINITLY going to be an example for the kindergarden class ...

and I am going to plan a trip, buy a $1000.00 plane ticket, and buy a new puppy LOL. (Not really but I am very very close to doing all of it.)
