Fuzzi Bunz with ruined PUL

I'm trying to figure out what to do with this Fuzzi Bunz diaper. I bought it used for DD and now after several months of use, the PUL which had previously started to separate from the fabric (but still worked fine) now has ripped completely, so that no waterproof lining remains. I'm sad to throw this diaper away , but I suppose there's nothing left to do with it? Is any part of it salvageable? I'm thinking of cutting the fleece out and using it as a liner. Any other suggestions?

You could stuff it super-full for night and then put a cover over it. So it would be like a stay-dry pocket fitted.

I have a FB just like that-I didn't want to throw it out so my older dd uses it as a diaper for her teddy bears She loves it that she gets to cloth dipe her bears
