ITA. I just wish it had a longer shelf life! We used about half and then we were waiting to use the rest and it got moldy in under a week.

And it's not cheap, nor is it convenient for us to buy (trip out of our hood to a specialty store required). But the taste/consistency is the best vegan cheese on the market, hands down.
