Thank you gbailey - I'm glad you've found a good one. The fact that she said everything in front of my kids is probably the worst part of the whole experience. I've done a little research and apparently in my state, doctors are supposed to follow some sort of protocol to terminate the patient/doctor relationship. She didn't follow any of the "rules", although I'm not sure how set in stone they are. I am considering filing a complaint with the medical board over the way she handled it. And I do feel bullied -it's very frustrating.

I'm sorry this happened to you, and I agree with those posters who suggest that you are better off. I did want to comment on this part of your post and recmmend making sure that you let your network know of this change in this docter's policy. I would not malign/slander her, but it is important for other people to know (especially if they are her patients) that she appears to no longer accepts deviation from mainstream. This docter may be planning to off patients left and right and maybe saying something will prepare others for the eventual ax they may get.
