baby fooled OB

I had my appt today, it went fine, she listened to all my concerns and said since it hasnt gone to long we'll wait and watch, she thinks its alot to do with edema and the pain on the left is likley from muscles being so tired and stretched with 3 babies in just over 3 years.

Funny thing though, she went to check the HB, started low nothing moved various places all over my belly nothing good ... all the way up to my ribs on the right .. theres the HB. She had just asked if i thought baby had flipped I said yes, right as she fund HB... she is like .. nope it hasnt theres no way. We went to another room where they have a small ultrasound machine and she says, see heres.. the head?! no way! if i wasn't seeing this myself i'd never believe it! She kept saying over and over how shocked she was ..I thought it was funny the baby fooled her AND glad she was wrong.. Iwas SURE it had flipped but then when she said no i was like. huh?!

I have another ultrasound scheduled to get measurememnts again becasue baby seems to be growing really fast i guess??? i'm gaining about 2 extra cm each week, i'm now 7cm ahead, 9 days ago i was 5 and a week before that i was 3.

So is babe vertex or breech? I'm confused. Doesn't take much these days!

I'm confused too, is it good that she was wrong? Is your LO in a good position?

Measurements are funny, I was right on at 31 weeks, then I didn't gain any at my next appointment, a week after that I measured 1 week ahead. So I gained 3 or 4 cms in a week, and nothing two weeks before that.

yeah i didnt make that very clear did i?! baby is head down, head in my pelvis but not engaged(going on feeling on that) .. so it was good she was wrong for sure! but the look of shock was even better, at least for the moment..lol.

DH said hey maybe there is 2 after all! ... i think he wants to get in trouble
