Favorite art/craft gift for 4 y.o. girl?

I'd like to spend around $20 for my niece. She has an older sister, so they have the basics more than covered. I'm considering a nice watercolor set like this:

My daughter's favorite art supply right now is glitter glue. We also just discovered Crayola Model Magic (I thi kthat's what it's called). It's like clay but not as messy and more malleable for little hands.

My dd is 5 and she loves to make jewelry. We have a bead kit and she makes bracelets and necklaces all the time.
