My dd1 turned 4 yesterday...although my milk supply has dropped a lot lately, and she didn`t nurse at all in a recent illness...I am happy to report that she is still going strong now!! In all honesty despite, thrush, teething, lots of biting, and very little sleep over the years (mostly in the first 18 months)...nursing is my favourite thing about being a parent so far 
It would be okay, of course, if she weaned now...but I would be sad too. And I am very proud to have made it 4 years!
