It was a pretty decent take on the recent articles. Except that Jill Lepore's New Yorker article was hardly "a volley fired in the Mommy Wars." It was a very interesting historical perspective on breastfeeding and about how we got to the situation where wohms have such a tough time and pumps are marketed as the only solution to their problems.

Rosin's Atlantic piece, on the other hand, well - where to start?

The only part that said anything different IMO is where she said that she will breastfeed as an act of worship. As a Christian, I liked this.
