I'm a big fan of all the GT's except strawberry which tastes terrible to me. Have you tried the others now?

I make my own with green tea and brew about 8 days. I like it very much. But, I don't get the same reaction from it as I do GT's. GT's and home brewed are like apples and oranges to me. I'm still feeling this whole kombucha thing out too.
