: Our babes have almost the same birthday! Your birth story sounds very similar to mine. Please do not feel guilty about the epidural. I, too, was having horrible back labor, and was so exhausted that I'm sure I would not have been able to push otherwise (I waited 30+ hours w/ pitocin induced contractions to even ask for one). Sometimes it is the only thing preventing us from getting a c-section. You are still a very strong woman - remember that.
