eden's birth story

she's 2 months old tomorrow.

on one hand, i can't believe she's already been here two months.
on the other, i can't believe that it's only been two months.

i originally wrote this out on 4/1 but i finished/edited it today.

Congrats! : Our babes have almost the same birthday! Your birth story sounds very similar to mine. Please do not feel guilty about the epidural. I, too, was having horrible back labor, and was so exhausted that I'm sure I would not have been able to push otherwise (I waited 30+ hours w/ pitocin induced contractions to even ask for one). Sometimes it is the only thing preventing us from getting a c-section. You are still a very strong woman - remember that.

Wow! What a story! I keep saying that I couldn't have done it without the support of my husband who was literally holding me up for the last 5 hours, but you did it when everybody seemed to be working against you. You did what you needed to do to bring your daughter into this world. You should be proud of everything you've done for her. With you for a mother, she is going to grow to be a strong woman.
