With all that work you did today, Im SURE youll have a great nights sleep! And Im with you on keeping the ctx from your mom, its like a pandoras box, do NOT want to start all this too early!!
Peony - Im on the same sleep cycle, so Im trying to nap EARLY now, like after I take dd to school at 8, I come home and try and nap by 1030. Today it was later though. Ugh. And as for the camps and activities, I had to sign dd up in the beginning of march for hers! So lame to have to plan that much in advance.
shine - Im glad your dd is feeling better, and Im glad youre focusing on things other than the baby! Maybe you WILL have the baby, fingers crossed!
We went and made a BuildaBear for the baby tonight (made one for dd1 when I was preg with her and its STILL her fav) and then out to pizza with DH and DD. It was so nice and I had some pretty good ctx walking the mall.
My heartburn has been KILLER for the past couple days and Ive been feeling weird, hot flashes and horrible nausea. Im HOPING that means something will happen soon and not that Im getting sick. The baby is still moving a ton and besides some pelvic pain, Im still feeling pretty decent so Im not worried that anything major is wrong BUT this flu-ish feeling is wearing me down. I was thinking it might be due to lack of sleep and the fact that it went from 96 degrees to 55 degrees in a couple hours last night might have something to do with it.
My parents have been joking and calling me to ask if Im in labor, like a funny joke. Tonight I said Im not joking, Im already anxious enough without answering the 10+ calls I get a day from people. I said PLEASE dont call and ask anymore or you WILL be the last to know. My mom told me to get over myself, that I should be thankful I have so many loving friends. Dang.
: I felt a little guilty but Im SOOOO sick of answering the same questions and Im NOT a future teller!!
But something funny did happen today. DH and dd stopped and got me a surprise ice cream today. It was dipped in chocolate, my fav. Well, DH drove home FAST and it had melted on the inside so when I cracked the chocolate shell, ice cream EXPLODED out of it!!! Not that I minded, it was hilarious! Ive never eaten an ice cream so fast!!
Ok off to watch the Office!
I can see the headlines, "Pg woman injured by ice cream cone!". Hopefully all your symptoms mean that something is happening. I hear you about the parents, I told my mom off a week ago for the same thing, she hasn't asked me since how I'm feeling.
