Will they ever fit?

DD is just shy of 12 weeks old and about 10 pounds. We were given tons of Motherease one sized fitteds (some used and some brand new) and they still don't fit. Her skinny little legs leave gaps at the legs. I was so excited to not have to buy a large stash but I'm wondering if they are ever going to work for us. Maybe I just need to be patient. She will obviously get bigger. Maybe I'll just get more prefolds to use until the ME will work.

While I've never used Motherease one size fitteds, I can say that many of the one size diapers that I've used on my girls fit best after they hit about 12 pounds. They'll fit eventually. I like the idea of prefolds until they do fit nicely because you can get a perfect fit with prefolds, and if you use a diaper that's too large, you're more likely to have leaks and it can be frustrating.
