Suggestions for easy, natural skin care routine?

Okay, I'm going to be 30 next month and I've never really taken great care of my skin. :

I use whatever soap is in the bathroom, or sometimes Dr. Bronners unscented, or occasionally some kind of brand name crap : I have never used moisturizer because my skin is really oily and sensitive.

I'd like to start taking better care of my skin, but the idea of using tons of products scares me. Can you recommend a good cleanser and moisturizer for oily/sensitive skin? Thanks.

-Erika, who will be 30 and Fantastic soon! and wants skin to match!

p.s. part two will be I'm going to be 30 next month and I've never really used make up :

You sound like me - oily skin yet sensitive. I wrote my routine in a blog:

Sorry about the product sales pitch...

A few updates would be that I use rosehip oil to clean (only oil I found so far that doesn't clog pores), and I've been trying jojoba ester (not oil - jojoba oil clogs my pores) to moisturize.
