Cloth Pad?

For the insert and base style cloth pads are the bases reusable or do you have to change the base each time you change the insert? I just don't get what the benefits of this over an all in one would be

Hope I can answer effectivley for you. You should change the liner when needed, and the pad, or base, at least once daily. I brought mine from a company, and thats what they recommend, and its worked for me. Good luck

Yes~ Reuse the Base unless you're uncomfortable or it's soiled.
I've got some that are more like small,hourglass shaped diaper doublers.
i use them alone, no base,they stay put and are very absorbant.
