anyone else with a very wiggly baby?!

You'd think she'd be running out of room by now. I'm 36.5 weeks. She is moving like crazy lately. Although it does feel different stronger more forcefull so maybe she running out of space but still wants to move and shake it! LOL!

Anyone else with a very wiggly one?

I'm feeling her much lower and keep getting these tingly/pinchy feelings in my crotch area. Kind of take me off guard sometimes.

I don't remember the other two moving so much this late.

YES!! I'm 38w5days and this baby (who's been *less* active than DD up to this point) is kicking and wiggling and doing all kinds of gymnastics. AND the MW's have said he/she is bigger than DD already (they said about 7lbs now, DD was 6lbs5oz at 39 weeks)! What gives?
Head is down, back is on the left side of my belly (looking down), so the feet are in my right side and we can *FEEL* them most days...and then for the last two days, I've had a fist (it's obviously a fist) directly underneath my belly button that gets pushed out frequently. It's kind of weird, almost like holding hands w/ the baby. But yeah...what the heck babies? Aren't you out of room? I want to get some sleep and this LO is totally nocturnal (think, wake up at 2am to hiccups, kicking, and what feels like a giant earthquake in the belly).

So funny...I guess they're all different but seriously...sometimes I wish I had a camera inside my belly so I could see what's going on in there.

Laura, I wish I had a camera too! I mean, c'mon, what is going ON in there??
I have a back to my left and feet on the right too (LOA) and those feet are just crazy. I can also feel the shoulder down in my left hip getting moved around. Feels very weird against all those nerves in there.
Ds was a very active baby too. But he kicked more. This one rolls and slides--no kicks. So different! I told dh the other night that we could probably get a pretty good foot measurement if we wanted to buy shoes for this LO!

yeah It's fun. It's always in the same place though as baby has been settled in for some time now (yay!!). If I slouch over too much, I hear about it lol.

Yep. Both this one and my second baby rarely stopped moving. Thankfully, my second child was way less hyper and active in my first, though it was opposite in utero.

My baby is doing plenty of gymnastics too. DH and I were talking last night and he told me once he had his hand on my belly when I was 20-some weeks and the baby was moving around so much HE was annoyed, the baby is still doing that now. AND the baby is not settled in yet. One day ROA and a foot in my ribs or LOA with knees rolling about. It feels so weird to me when the baby is LOA because I dont feel the babies feet at all, just knees and elbows.

Yes! I always laugh when they ask if the baby is moving. YES! Please tell him to slow down!

With that said, there are some days that he's started slowing down and I beg him to start up again b/c I am used to it and get worried if he's not a wiggle pants! Less HUGE movements and rolls now that he's heads down, though.

Rolling and sliding is a good way to put it. It happens without fail after 8pm every night. Its like the baby has disco fever, or is doing the "lawnmower" or something! What gets me is the out of the blue startles. It reminds me of the reflex they have when they are startled as newborns. Arms fly up in the air.

lots of poking and prodding here..even at (in mere hours...) 40 weeks! I keep telling her(him?) that there is much more room outside

I can still move! Sure s/he does not move around as much but when adjusting needs to be made my belly MOVES!!! At my last prenatal s/he did not like being poked for the HB and even the OB got to see how much rm s/he had left.

Yes! I definitely have a wiggle bug in there. She rolls and my belly makes a wave. DH is always startled at how powerful her movements are! Not cute little bumps anymore, there's always a knee or a little butt sticking out somewhere. And she definitely has "active time" and "quiet time", at the same time every day.

Yep Mine too. .. 36 weeks this week-end!
... I thought DD was a kicker, but either I forgot or this one is truly crazy
