Anybody good at dream interpretation?

My guess is this is clearly a emotional dream. In some ways it seems a bit like you might want a relationship you feel you you can't have with him because of "another woman" (your Mom). In some way you are both deeply troubled that you are being kept from him because of small things (the managers, busy things at work), your mom, but at the same time are also mourning your loose of the relationship with your Father you feel you might never have a chance to have/never had.

Honestly I think rarely are death dreams about actual death but more the loose of relationships, and change.

It sounds like things are tough
