The TF Good News thread

I started TF about 4 weeks ago and here is how it has helped me. I am just so excited that this isn't another diet for me. I love eating this way. Oh and the main things i began 4 weeks ago were:
Got Raw Milk!
Bone broths regularly
No flour
No sugar
Very limited grains (occasional small serving of rice)
More beans/lentils
More butter
Raw apple cider vinegar
Quit coffee (1-2 cups black tea per day)
Coconut oil until I ran out

Here is the Good News!

My heart burn is GONE! (suffered daily before)
No flu when EVERY ONE around me got it!
ENERGY! ENERGY! ENERGY!
Less mood swings
Lost 5 lbs. (need to loose about 40 more)
Less pms cramps
Less headaches
No spikes in energy and then my behind dragging feelings
I sleep better
No more sugar cravings! I am able to resist desserts!


I wish I new about this way of eating before. I am so excited that I wanted to broadcast my success story. It is so easy to eat this way. I know it's only been 4 weeks, but I love this real food and it makes so much sense to me. In the past I have tried the Atkin's diet, the cabbage soup diet, the grapefruit juice diet, the raw foods diet, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, just calorie counting diet, the low fat high carbs diet, and the slim fast junk! There ain't nothin' like the real foods I'm eating now! Delicious and oh so nutritious. I just feel GREAT! Thanks for listening and thanks for all of the help I get by lurking around your threads!
