What to do with all this kefir...

So I have about 1/2 a gallon of two week old raw milk kefir that I have no idea what to do with. Seems a little cold here to do smoothies and I haven't really been eating grains... so I am not using it to soak things with. Any ideas? Warm ideas? Thanks!
