1.2m of Rainbow elastic? Like the kind in the suspenders that clowns wear. I bought it thinking it was woven trim, like you'd use to make bag handles( I live in Japan, obviously being with the trim was not a good enough reason not take the time to read the package...)

Now I have it(and no I don't want to make suspenders.) Any ideas for me?

I see you CD - you could use it for a diaper cover like this
or this, perhaps?

Circle skirt waistband?

can you use it as a waistband on pants, shorts or little boxers. Since it's a decorative you wouldn't need to make a casing.

How about a tutu? Aren't those made w/ elastic and then tying pieces of tule (tuile?) around it?

I have a headband made out of the same stuff. I wore it all the time in college

Make a running stitch all along one (long) side, when you reach the end, pull it tight and form the elastic into a flower shape. Put a pin on the back and you have a funky brooch. Or sew it onto a headband or make a couple of little barrettes.
