To anyone who is concerned about the MMR separated vaccines not being available to parents: You should call 1-800-672-6372 to request that the company continue to make the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella separate for those who want their child/children to continue to receive these vaccines in this manner. Please note the more requests that are sent in, the better the chance families will have of getting the company to start making the separated vaccine available again.
I will be calling. I would eventually get the combo MMR for my kids, but they are much more likely to be fully vaccinated much closer to the recommended schedule, if I had the flexibility allowed with separated vaccines in addition to the combo MMR vaccine. If you feel this way, please give them a call and make the request. If you don't care or don't vaccinate, please ignore.
