after discovering the effects of eating a modern SAD diet its no wonder we are seeing men, younger and younger loosing their hair......... my husband is 29 and has a major recieting hairline. Has anyone noticed hair growth after changing to a more traditional diet. or any suggestions to help encourage growth?

My hair is twice as thick and has much more body and color. I can't believe the difference. The change started happening after I added weekly fermented foods. My hair has really changed since I added fermented foods several x per day, grass-fed meats, and raw milk. I'm still working on switching more organic, in season, and local and on soaking grains, beans, nuts, etc.

As someone with thyroid issues, my hair sucks. Very thin, very fine, and just blah!

I'm hoping to see some changes, but I'm far from my ideal TF diet. I've also seen a youtube clip with Susan Weed claiming that nettle infusions can help thicken hair (I'm all over that!).
