We have POX in NY! - Page 2

It's day 9 of exposure here in Cold Spring, NY, and we have a runny nose. Stay tuned.

Alas, we may not be able to host folks until Monday even if she has pox tomorrow. Still, I thought some warning might be appreciated.

If there's anything to report I'll post it here. Have a great weekend everyone, and Happy Mamas Day!!!

We got pox!

Exactly 2 weeks to the day after sharing lollipops with Tyler and Charlie has the pox! He's feeling ok, too - same thing, slight fever and now over 10 itsy bitsy pox. Just started this morning, so I'm sure he's contagious for several days. We're in Beacon, NY - email me or call if you want to join the fun!

yes, let's please keep this thread going particularly if anyone makes it to play with beth & charlie...looks like me and beth's (well really wren and charlie's, lol) schedules too hard to coordinate with the commute up there.

Ugh, the girls and I have some sort of awful flu right now so I don't want to expose them to anything else (or bring their germs around anyone else either!!)...the next batch of kids to come down the pox, please post here! Hopefully we can catch it on the next round.

Possible Pox in Berkshire County, MA

We are 14DPE and have a couple pimples, runny nose, and slight fever- but it could be heat rash and a cold It will be more obvious by the morning if they are pox or not and I will post again if/when I know for sure. But if anyone wants to make tentative plans for tomorrow or the next few days after that PM me.

We are about 3hr northwest of NYC. 1hr east of Albany. 20 minutes from Hillsdale, NY/ Taconic Pkwy.

we are in rockland county and I want ds to get them... he is 2.5.

I hear, though, that it is bad for babies to get pox, is this true? I have a 9 month old. Should I hold off on DS until DD is older? If not, I am all over this!
