You could have a homebirth, with just your DH and doula there... breech birth does not exempt you from having a safe home birth. Check out the UC forum. It's not too late to plan one! We just got all our supplies together pretty recently. PM me if you want more info

Dr.s and nurses can be very insensitive sometimes. Its really rather irritating! I am so sorry that the version didn't work. Maybe there is still hope.
