Cramping?

I know some cramping is considered normal early on but for a couple of days I had some sharp pain kind of like a stitch on my right side low. It wasn't really painful and was intermittent for a couple of days. However, last night it was more constant and a bit more painful. Then when I woke up this morning it is almost completely gone! No spotting, temp is still up (yes, I'm still temping this week ). I'm 15DPO today, AF is officially late and I'm pretty sure I had an implantation dip and pain on 7DPO. Can implantation pain last longer? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'll get the results of my first beta hcg and prog. today so hopefully that will tell me something.

Hey, DDC crashing. Good luck on your beta and progesterone. I had this with all three pregnancies, and I understand it to be the corpus luteum. It stopped about 5 to 6 weeks in, and its usually gone by ther 7th weeks. Good luck!

Thanks for your post! I had a similar pain but much more intense with 2nd m/c at just 5 weeks so I'm very paranoid about it. However, I'm glad the pain is gone and look forward to my test results!

I've had a lot of cramping with both my loss, and this pregnancy, it feels different from AF or m/c though, so I am not worried yet. Supposedly some cramping can come from the uterus and the surroundings rearranging themselves.
Hoping our little ones will stick! :

The sharp pain has pretty much disappeared now. It's more just kinda af'ish once in awhile now. I'm trying to get used to it!!

when to worry??

I've been having some cramping too... Usually a little bit when I just wake up and then 2-3x during the day. Most of the time it fades in a minute or two, and it's not totally like af cramps. I also seem to feel "something" on my left side most of the day- not pain it just feels different on my left side, it's hard to explain.

So when do you worry? I know there's nothing we could really do but I don't have a care provider to call yet so I was wondering what the general advice is?

From what I've been told, as long as the pain isn't INTENSE and/or there is no spotting, it's likely fine. The advice I've heard is try and relax and drink lots of water. If you are really worried about it, call your doc/midwife/hospital for advice as well.

I think mine is getting lighter - yay!!! I sitll have some persistent backache, but it is not severe. Keeping my fingers crossed that the little worm will stick.
