mineral supplement and absorbable multivitamin

I need to find a good absorbable multivitamin and mineral supplement. Is there a brand that any of you think works well and has the right balance of minerals? What would you buy for yourself if you knew that you wouldn't have access to TF for several months?

I love anything from Garden of Life. I take Living Calcium and additional Magnesium from Natural Calm but only because i am pregnant and need extra mag. I also drink herbal infusions of nettles. And I use lots of sea greens for minerals.
Hope this helps.

Since you x-posted from Dental...

I take (and think it's working for my health issues):
--Perque2 Life Guard (multivit, regular adults just need 2/day)
--Perque Bone Guard Forte 20 (mineral supp, # is variable, I have pH paper and adjust dosage using that, pH should be around 6-7, sorta in the middle, not too acidic (5.5 is too acidic) and not too alkaline (8+ is alkaline).
--CLO (whatever you take now)
--extra D
--Thorne K2 (for the dental health part of it)

I buy all of it online, I'm not sure how much would be sold at retail stores.

eta--the reasons, in brief--the multivit doesn't have copper, most people really don't need to be supplementing it, it's got folate (vs folic acid), the zinc is picolinate and is NOT in the mineral supp (since calcium would block the zinc absorption), basically it has good reasoning for the amounts and for what's included and what's not, at least for the stuff I've looked up. Good forms of vitamins, like l-selenomethionine, like that.

The mineral supp actually has a little bit of K2, plus general good stuff like iodine (more than the RDA, but not a huge dose). And I think the stand-alone D would be particularly important for dental concerns.

What sort of sea greens do you use? Can you use them if you can't cook or use a refrigerator? How do you prepare them?

Where do you buy from online?

And this may be stupid, how do you use the pH strips? Do you just spit on them?

Thank you for the explanation. That was very helpful.

I use powdered sea greens such as kelp, dulse, chlorella, spirulina. Spirulina is great in fruit smoothies and you can get a ton in that way without bad taste.

Not stupid, I should've been clearer. Pee on them first thing in the morning, it's something of a measure of how much extra minerals your body has--very acidic (low #s) is typical of needing more, very alkaline (high #s) is odder, and I think can be related to adrenal fatigue. Either way, play with the # of pills of the mineral supp to work toward the middle range (and obviously less sugar/white flour/other nutritionally empty foods).

I'd just google for the best price. Perque isn't sold at the big online places like iherb or vitacost, but it is at smaller places. I actually purchase from my HCP, but I've seen them sold online.

I google (and buy online) for the Thorne K2, and usually vitacost for the D supp.
