Is using an oxygen bleach on my BumGenius hard on PUL?

I've been having a difficult time getting our dipes clean enough and I'm thinking of adding an oxygen bleach to the routine each time. Is this ok for the PUL?

It's never bothered ours any. And I have some PUL diapers that have been washed with oxyclean on a daily basis for years, and the PUL on them is fine.

I've used it as well--the main ingredient is actually like hydrogen peroxide--not bleach. So I think that's why it doesn't hurt it.

I have also been trying to find out if people have ever just added hydrogen peroxide to their diaper wash as a stink and stain remover. I'm super cheap.
