What are your symptoms so far? - Page 3

anyone else short of breath? I walk around our property and I'm puffing like I just ate a huge Thanksgiving meal and can't get enough air into my lungs. I've also noticed I'm sighing alot, I think it's related. I talk to DS and have to keep stopping to catch my breath, sheesh!

Boobies are starting to feel pregnant! hooray! fuller, more sensitive and not as appreciative of being handled by others.

gas is still going strong. the stomach (outer) sensitivity seems worse, I just want to wear a mu-mu all day long! I even have to pull my comfy pants up high on my belly so they're not pressing. It's a good look

I've had mental nausea, but not body yet. Sorta like, the thought of a food makes me want to throw up but I don't physically feel ill.

I'm hoping for every symptom in the book, I know I'll be miserable with tiredness and morning sickness soon, but I can't wait; the last pregnancy I barely had any symptoms and that babe left us too soon So bring it all on!

That's probably from low blood sugar. It happens to me too. My dh has type one diabetes and when his blood sugar is low LOOK OUT!

hi there!! We were in the July DDC together, weren't we? Nice to see you. I hope everything goes well for you.

I still have little to no symptoms and it's driving me INSANE. I'm a basket case. I do pee alot but I just got over a UTI. I'm hungry alot but I'm nursing a 9 month old. Other than that no real symptoms. I'm always tired anyway, so....IDK.

Regina - I found myself short on breath couple of times as well. Especially after I ate. Weird. Feeling pretty good today, but I picked up maca again, I think it gives me more energy and better mood.

Hi! Yes I wasn in the July '08 DDC! Nice to see you here.

I am also nursing a 9 mo, and other than my trips to the bathroom, my symptoms are very mild.

I am just holding my breath right now. I feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. I guess I will see.

I hope everyone here has sticky babies. And I think a New Years baby would be cool!

The only time I get short of breath is when I eat something I am allergic/intolerant to. I have heard of people having intolerances crop up when they become pregnant. Since the shortness of breath is happening after you eat, maybe keep an eye on those foods and see if that helps to cut them out. My big ones are dairy, vanilla, and garlic. I know, some of the best foods in the WORLD contain those ingredients. BUT, I am a happier mommy when I don't eat them

yep... I figure its my body telling me it's exhausted it's resources....I have been carrying banana chips around and eating one or 2 every time I start to feel that way. It only happens when I am pregnant, but man is it annoying!

Well... I'm nursing my 20 month old a LOT more than usual these days. He walks around carrying the Boppy pillow to me saying, "more, more" - so I'm thinking perhaps my supply is somehow being affected??

I'm darn emotional and sensitive! Anyone else? I also just feel like everything I do takes a bit more energy than normal... I don't have my usual 6 cylinders. I've also already had to get up in the middle of the night to eat and pee. Jeesh - I think it's a bit early for that to start already!

I also had some cramping at implantation and have already felt my ligaments loosening up - all my tendons are extra stretchy.

I have 3 zits on my face - lovely! These hormones are doing nice things. Good thing the sweet babies are worth it.

Praying everyone has sticky babies. I still feel pretty tentative and haven't been able to bring myself to tell anyone yet. Part of me is still grappling with the fact that I got pregnant so quickly - I really expected it to take a bit longer. This is of course a blessing, but it's one that I'm having to come to terms with in a way.

(See how emotional I am? )

Your pregnant wreck,

I have been having a crampy, tender uterus since just 4DPO. Some mild queasiness to go along with that. I was feeling pretty constipated but adding some magnesium citrate has helped a lot. And then yesterday my boobs started killing me. I also had a weird dream last night that one of my boob started spraying milk uncontrollably.

I'm officially wearing pants one size bigger. I walked by a mirror earlier and froze. My belly is sticking out. I know it's supposed to happen faster when a woman has been pregnant before but seriously? I feel like a cow, it's too early!

(And then I'm freaking out because two people I know with twins have said, "Maybe it's twins." While that would make me feel much better about my rapidly expanding low belly, it would open a whole other can of worms. I'm hoping I can put that possibility to rest at my first appointment on the 18th.)

I am having very restless sleeps now. Happened last BFP too. I fall asleep no problem (am exhausted) but then I wake up at least twice in the night to use the bathroom and then usually can't fall back asleep for some time or a dream wakes me up. I find it ironic that we need lots of sleep when pregnant but crazy dreams, frequent bathroom trips and insomnia are all symptoms!!!

I also had wicked heartburn yesterday...I don't think I've ever experienced that before!

Boobs are still massive and very sore.

I feel great

My symptoms are still pretty mild too. I got my bloodwork back though and the nurse said it looked great so hoping everything goes well. I am having a heck of a time getting along with dh now. I swear he has all my symptoms. He is saying nothing sounds good and he can't eat or sleep, and he has thrown up and I'm rejecting him and blah blah blah. Whos carrying this baby?! Suck it up dh! Ok sorry maybe theres my symptom.

Nausea (and diarrhea) today... good times. I don't remember nausea kicking in til later last time... maybe it will go away and come back later -- or not at all!

And my boobs hurt all of a sudden.

I tell myself, this is good! This is good hormonal stuff happening! [Repeat as needed...]

Love this thread! I came looking to see if anyone else had lower back pain. Mine started last night, and I'm a bit worried about it... i don't remember back pain with my other pregnancies until the third trimester. Could this be an ill omen??

Other than that:
*achy boobs (I scream out in pain if the kids bump into me)
*really cranky
*major indigestion - all the time. Slightly better after I eat (oddly)
*very bloated. to the extent that I'm searching my closet for something to wear.

I am on number 4...so it took me all of like 5 minutes to look pregnant. Apparently my body knows the drill!

Holy heartburn!! I don't think I've ever experienced heartburn before...I described what I was feeling to a couple of people and they both said 'yep, that's heartburn.' Ouch.

The tiredness has really kicked in now too. Much remember to start taking short naps after work...
