link to CDC statistic: risk of reaction from vaccination higher than risk of disease?

People used to post a link here to the CDC's statement that there are now more reports to VAERS than reported incidents of VPD's. Both the links I had for that CDC page no longer work. Can anyone provide one that does?

The thing that gets me about this is that it doesn't seem to prove what we'd like it to (I'm against most vaccines; I'm assuming you are too.) While the rates of vaccine reactions may currently be higher than the rates of diseases, this says nothing about the risks of remaining unvaccinated, KWIM?

For all we know, it could mean that the complications from the diseases are low because the vaccines are working, and without vaccines, the vax side effects would go down but the disease complications/deaths would go way up.

Does that make any sense at all...Geez. I hope it does.
