Im trying to make my own covers for my son and have no clue where you buy PUL or Ultrex from, I cant find it at any of the regular sites I buy fabric from for my regular projects. How do you get this, and can it be found locally maybe? Havent checked yet. Secondly, you can buy wool in yards, but all I can find about wool covers is for it to be knitted, I dont know a lick about knitting, but could you buy a yard of wool and make cover that way? Ive never worked with wool before, so Im not sure how the fabric really works, just saw it for sale when browsing the other day.

You can buy PUL at many of the diaper making supply websites online. For wool, you can either
A) buy a skein of wool yarn and learn to knit a cover/soaker
B)buy wool fabric like wool jersey or wool flannel, and felt it(shirnk it) and sew a wool cover from it.
I recently learned to knit and I must say it's addictive
Happy Diaper making!
