Immunization = better or not better?

Won't they need immunizations for schools?

What seems to be the "thing to do" for best health? Ignore immunizations, give only the "necessary" ones, or get them all? Isn't something like MMR pretty much mandatory?

Vaccinations are only mandated for school. Most states have either a religious or philosophical or both exemption for parents to file in order to attend school. There are no other vaccine mandates and/or laws.

You have to figure out for yourself/your family what to do. Start by going through each vaccine and disease, risk factors, etc.

Here in Canada vax is not necessary to enter public school. There are exemptions to forms to fill out if you live in a province that "requires" proof of vax. Legally, no vaxes are mandatory.

There are many differing opinions on what is the right thing to do for best health. I chose not to vax at all. But there are other parents who feel that selective/delayed vax is best, or to vax on schedule is best. I based my choice on researching the vaccine preventable diseases, and the vaxes themselves and came to the conclusion that for my son, the risks of the vaccines outweigh the benefits. But that's not to say that someone who has chosen to vax on schedule hasn't done their research and made an informed choice also. It's all about research, research, research.

Yes, but you can also get a legal exemption to immunization in all but two US states. Most states have medical and religious exemptions, some also have philosophical (which are the easiest to use, esp if you are selectively vaccinating). In states with no philo exemption, you cannot pick and choose, it's typically all or nothing with the religious exemption. Medical exemptions only apply to specific vaccines, are reviewed periodically, and must be endorsed by a medical doctor.

No, you don't need any vax for school; you can just file an exemption. There are no necessary vaccines, they are all optional.

After three+ years of research on the subject I believe that vaccines mess up immune system more than anything else, opening the window for serious health conditions such as allergies, asthma, multiple neurological disorders, cancers, etc. I deeply regret partially vaccinating my first child. I regret it every single day. I wish I could take it back...

Ignore them all; they're nonsense. You don't need to pay for a magic shot to stay well...just eat right, clean yourself properly, and get enough sleep, exercise, fresh air and sunlight.

Just my opinion.
