Yes. Our baby's going to be sleeping with us for the first little while, but I've been contemplating all the reasons I'd "need" a room like this. I just love those colours together!

Wow, it is beautiful. For anyone who is green with jealousy, I just have to add that I have flooring like that and it is impossible to keep clean.

We have a nursery and our baby isn't in it. Actually, we've had one for each of our kids, and they never slept in it as a newborn. But it housed their clothes and changing tables, so they were in there each day for getting dressed. As they got older they played in their rooms with me, or sometimes napped in there if I had to take a shower or something. So, just because the person has a nursery doesn't mean anyone's sleeping in it. : She could just be a freak like me who watches too much HGTV and loves decorating rooms. :

us too Part of the fun of being pregnant for me is thinking about what the baby's room will look like. Even though realistically I know that he'll be in our room for quite some time, it's still fun to day dream.

I love ohdeedoh.com (a branch of apartment therapy), when I saw that room on there I actually gasped because it's so cute. They have a lot of really cute baby and kids rooms!

We have a second bedroom which is a nursery/guest room. I have the crib done in custom made Pittsburgh Steelers stuff, and pictures on the walls of various players. I bought 2 Superbowl newspapers, which I'm having framed to put up in there as well, and the guest bed and bathroom have matching Steelers logos..(Sweetie is an insane Pittsburgh fan...I did it for him..)

The baby won't be in there to sleep for a while, but it's ready when he is. And Sweetie's family (The Steelers are their official religion) loooooooves it.

That room is so sweet. I love decorating the nursery even though the baby is in my room in the beginning... that helps the pregnancy go quicker for me!

Very cute, although we did a complete nursery like that and then never used it. Never. I couldn't even tell you what our crib even looks like... it's a storage bin for stuffed animals now. Neither of our kids ever spent a night in there... ds1 took some naps there once he was about 9 months old... but only a couple.

Everyone has been in our bed since they have been home. I didn't even bother to do a nursery for ds2.

But a very nice room in the pictures, just the same.
