Safe laminate flooring?

Anyone have any recs for low-toxicity & no formaldehyde laminate flooring? Can you tell me the ball park cost per sq. ft.?

What about IKEA? I haven't checked in detail, and I'm no expert on environmentally friendly building materials. But, I know that in general they are good about formaldehyde, etc. And I also know that they have some very low-cost options (probably not high-quality either, and you'd need to instal yourself) starting at less than $1cdn per sq ft, IIRC.

That was my first thought too, but they haven't gotten very good ratings from people I know.
