Our little man, Oz arrived on April 25 at 10:40am - 9lbs. 12oz. and 21.5 inches long! MUCH bigger than expected! 
After a very fast labor, we ended up transferring after an hour of pushing at home. He was posterior with his arm around his neck so he became stuck and his heartrate was going down. We ended up having to use forceps for delivery, but overall I'm happy with how the whole experience went. We were released after 24 hours and are home and healthy. Our MW was out today and he's already up to 10lbs. - after being down to 9lbs. 7oz. on Monday! Clearly, all the nursing he is doing is working.
I'm still working on the whole birth story. It was quite an adventure and I'm still processing everything.
