Can I get excited yet?

Pinkish tinge when I wipe (TMI)? Or could it just be my body still getting ready? I didn't go into labor the first time around and am wondering if I'll recognize it when it does happen I'm 39 weeks today.

I've not gone into labor either (yet, hehe) but it certainly sounds like a good sign! Have you noticed anything else?

Nothing more than the same vague, sometimes there, sometime not crampiness I've had or the last couple of weeks

I've had some crampyness/ctxs the past week or so too. The ctxs come and go throughout the day, feels like they could last another couple days or another couple weeks! Sigh.

I would say, feel free to be excited! That definitely means you are thinning/dilating. And I know we don't start seeing all that stuff until the very end.

I'd get excited! I had pinkish tinge followed by loss of plug within a few hours, followed by labor within 2-3 days with both of mine. Happy for you!

Good to hear I'm still feeling crampy and still spotting, but nothing I'd call a measurable contraction. I did get my last minute groceries done so I guess I have time to clean

For me, that meant labor was starting within an hour or two but I know that isn't the case for everybody. It does mean something is happening though! I would be excited if I were you.
