Any tips/references on sewing different style nursing openings?

I guess openings is not the right word, but different nursing tops have different style access: some are a shirt over a shirt horizontally, some are side openings, some are like a little mini crossed-over top over a top...

I saw a tutorial to create an overlay with the side openings for modifying an A line dress, but I'd like to learn how to create the other kinds of openings... I don't much care for the Elizabeth Lee design styles, and Jalie has some patterns that can be modified, but they are expensive.

Has anyone seen tutorials for other kinds, or a list of what the other kinds there are?
