Vaccine Registry and PKU database

I'm trying to make sure dd isn't in either of these.

I'm in Ohio and it seems that the vaccine registry is something pediatricians can do - I'm going to call mine and see if he is part of it. I also refused Hep B at the hospital - do you think the hospital may have added her? I also couldn't find anywhere to opt-out like I could in some other states.

How about the PKU database? Is it anonymous? How do you opt-out?

Any other Big Brother I need to worry about?

no, we did the test (kind of wish we hadn't) but I heard they can keep that information on file for years. I want to opt out of the database.
