wonky blood sugar?

ugh! Anyone else having this issue? I was pretty hypoglycemic prepregnancy. Being pregnant has made my blood sugar level much more stable, until this past week or so when I'm back to dizzy and nauseated like my sugar levels have just crashed. Nothings changed in my diet, nothing else feels wrong, so Im guessing this may be an end of pregnancy thing? Anyone else?

no first hand knowledge, but i've heard that babies can start kicking in insulin for mom toward the end and can through off previously regulated bloodsugar levels. A friend of mine(diabetic since 2yrs old) had hers go crazy at teh end of both her pregnancies because they could never acount for when/how much baby might kick in so she would figure her intake/insulin amounts then wind up crashing or flying, crashing mostly from what i remember though(10 and 8yrs ago)

for what little that is worth

I"d mention it to OB/MW if for nothing but a heads up or reasurance????
