why did my post counter go back to 900?

A minute ago I had 999 posts. I posted one more, and now I'm back at 900. Why?

It's the post count vampires. They usually only come out at night.

It wasn't me, and the post count vampires seem to be well-fed and happy atm, so I don't think it was them, naughty little things.

Could you have possibly been at 899? I've looked through your posts and threads you've posted to, and they all seem accounted for.

Hmm....I'm about 99 percent sure it was at 999, because I had been watching it and looking forward to being a senior member....not that it matters, but I just thought it was odd. Guess I'll keep just keep posting.
