Mother's Day gifts for OUR moms?

Hey, crafters, I was trying to find a Mother's Day thread and didn't see one...what are you making your mom for Mother's Day? I would love to see some ideas/links, etc!

The kids and I collected a whole bunch of rocks the other day and painted them. One had a big smooth flat surface, and my 3yo made a handprint on it, and I painted his name and date under it. It's really pretty! My stepmother is a big gardener, so we are going to give it to her for Mother's Day, and I'm going to try to get my stepsisters to each make one with their little ones too.

I'm still trying to come up with ideas for my mom. Hopefully some good ones will soon be posted here!

I was just about to make a thread like this when I saw this one!

I have no clue what I am making for my mum for mother's day. I feel like those with kids have it easier, as a made by the grandkiddos present works well.

*sighs* I have no ideas, and I'm super busy this week, though once I have an idea, I'll make time. Just got to get an idea.

There are lots of ways to give something special to your mom. I think you have to use you creativity and make one good gift for her.

Wow, Ernest, what an incredibly helpful response.

I'm giving my mama a nice ceramic mug I found at the thrift store, some homemade granola, and some organic coffee beans. She's WOH for the first time in years, so I thought she'd appreciate an easy breakfast for a few days.
