so hop on that bike.

it's good for your heart, it's good for the environment and it's good for your pocket book (no gas to buy).

here's a link to events happening throughout the month in your neck of the woods...

http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/bikemonth/events.php

did you know that 40% of all the trips we make are under 2 miles? you could pedal that in no time.

if it's not too far (and your co-workers don't mind you showing up slightly sweaty), consider biking to work for bike-to-work/school-week (may 11-15) or bike-to-work/school-day (may 15). or encourage the little ones to bike to school.

and why let the fun end when the month of may does?

ciritical mass rides take place every month -- all over the world. they traditionally occur on the last friday of the month, but many places hold them at different times. check out...

to see if there's one near you. if you don't see your town listed, ask the helpful folks at your local bike shop or, even better, start your own ride.

HAPPY PEDALING!!!
