I cannot STAND my university health center!!

: I called to see if I could bump my appointment because I have a test the morning I made it for. They are so RUDE. All I need is for the Dr. to write me a referral- it'll take less than five minutes and they're booked for more than a week out.

What if somone had walking pneumonia?? they'd have to wait 7-10 days for maybe and appointment?!?! It's a university health center! they serve students UGH. They should have slots for just this!

I've gotten in at a family practice for this Friday, and we'll go form there. I just can't handle the people at school anymore... Thank goodness they were taking new patients, take my insurance, didn't request a referral and had an opening.
