Annoyed!!!

Okay so this morning my son woke up crying and fussier than usual. He wanted to sleep but couldn't and he wouldn't burp at all. Then he started swallowing his formula and his face started getting red and milk started to come out of his nose. I quickly called the pediatrician on call to see if my son had aspirated and what I could do. Here was his response.
Dr.: "How old is your son?"
me: "Two months old."
Dr.: "Has he had his two month old shots?"
Now I have not vaccinated my son and refuse to do it until the benefits outweigh the risks and that's not happening anytime soon, but for the sake of not arguing with this dr. I said that we're going this week to get his shots, my son could be aspirating and at that point I didn't care. Just wanted to hear what to do about it The true part is that we're going Friday for his well child visit but we (dh and I) will be telling our ped that we're not vaccinating. The question here though is what does his two months shots have to do with him aspirating? The dr. didn't say "well the reason why I asked is because this shot could aspirate in your son or so on." No, but are they this wired to market the shots even though they may not have anything to do with him aspirating? Am I missing something here? Like aspirations could be linked to vaccinating? Thanks for reading, just had to vent :

p.s. My ds is doing good now

Not that I know of...although maybe he was thinking it could have been a part of a vaccine reaction? Not sure.

Yeah! I was shocked too. In the end of the call he basically said to make sure I get the shots when I go in. :

That's what I was thinking that they thought it was a vax reaction! They would never admit it, but I bet you 100 bucks that's why they asked.
