Entered mine though mine was VBA2Cs!!! I left off planned hospital bc that is not where I originally planned to birth but had to given the careprovider situation from at almost 32 wks. OB was there but only for like mins before birth then to sew me up and he was gone from what I recall.

Planned hospital, unmedicated, vaginal, unplanned OB (was supposed to be mw).

Hospital transfer vaginal birth.
Might have cheated a bit for the survey I checked unmedicated, but I did take some gas during transition... Really though, I think it was more useful for me to have something to focus than for pain relief.

TENS served that purpose well for me. Nitrous leaves your system so fast I think you still count (guess all that matters is if you think so though).

Should there be a planned unassisted as well as unplanned unassisted option?

I didn't select the others that could apply but its implied from the unassisted part:
planned homebirth
vaginal
unmedicated

It was also a water birth.

I did have midwife back-up but they only came over to share the happy baby glow afterwards.

Mine was a planned homebirth, with midwife, turned hospital transfer, pain medications (which didn't work for me), then finally a C-section, with an Ob after 27 hours of excruciating labor....I would post my birth story, but I haven't yet...if anyone's interested...it's a bit traumatic and not for the faint of heart though....
