Sorry, ugh.

100mg is fine, give her a whole one in the morning and see what happens.

In summary:

Lots of Vit D (she actually responded really well to supplementation)
Vit K
SAMe

Then:
Dandelion Root (1/2 cap)
Yasko Enzymes
Pancreatic Enzymes
Papain

Methyl b12 - 203 drops
Folates (thorne stuff)

Citruline (1/2 tsp every 6 days)
AKG

Would this be the right order? Or should I just do a bunch of stuff at once & see if it sticks?

I'd do the D/K/SAMe together, see what happens with the SAMe. Then I'd add dandelion root, folates, and methyl B12 (increase that 1 drop at a time). Then add enzymes (do either the Yasko enzymes or pancreatic enzymes + papain, which is what we used to in place of the Yasko enzymes). Add those slowly. Once you have the enzymes in, then add the citruline & AKG, to help with the ammonia I'd expect to build up once she starts digesting protein better.

When you say she responded well to D, when did you do that, and what happened?

By responding well I just men that her level went from about 22 to 100. Whereas I have been supplementing myself and my level goes up very slowly.

So what do you think of this?

Since about September she has developed a drippy nose & this weird half cough. It's a continuous half cough. It's really bad in one particular room in the house (family room - wood floor, no drapes, etc). Her nose is itchy & sort of run & she is always putting her fingers in it (although she won't tell us why) like she wants a pig nose.

Get the methyls on board, sounds like she needs them.
